The Belau Submarine Cable Corporation is a state-owned public corporation that owns and manages a submarine fiber optic cable network for the Republic of Palau.
Belau Submarine Cable Corporation (BSCC) was established in 2016 to deliver state-of-the-art wholesale broadband internet services for Palau. With the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), BSCC constructed a low latency submarine fiber optic cable linking Palau to a branching unit on the SEA-US submarine cable system (PC1) in 2017. BSCC is now constructing a second submarine connection to the Echo submarine cable network (PC2). When the second link is completed BSCC will offer connections to mainland USA and Singapore in addition to the PC1 connection to Guam.
